Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to individuals and families in Applied Behavior Analysis in Wilmington, NC. The role includes visiting clients at home, coordinating assessments, and supervising direct support professionals under supervision of the clinical director.

The BCBA will develop and oversee behavior plans, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with families to implement intervention strategies.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed in NC (LBA) is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
