Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a BCBA to provide supervision and direct ABA services in the Wilmington, NC area. You will coordinate assessments, write treatment plans, and supervise associate behavior analysts and DSPs to ensure faithful implementation of Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities include traveling to client homes and conducting functional analyses and assessments, documenting service delivery for families and the clinical director.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• NC licensure (LBA) in NC or equivalent
• Driver's license (as listed in qualifications)

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in
Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and
adaptive life skills.
A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior
Support Plans.
