Job Details

We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for in-home roles across multiple service areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) in the home setting
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification

• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel locally
