Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a compassionate and experienced BCBA to join our growing team in North Carolina. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

The role involves supervising RBTs and staff, training families, and ensuring compliance with BACB standards while coordinating with families and care teams to generalize skills across settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
