SM Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing North Carolina team. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with families and educators, and adherence to BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification from BACB.
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Licensure requirements for North Carolina behavior analysts.
  • Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Analyze data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Conduct parent/caregiver training and strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and the client's care team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
  • Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
