Job summary

Soap Creek Resources in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized plans.

The BCBA will provide clinical supervision to RBTs, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and school teams to generalize skills, while ensuring ethical practice and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff.

• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to meet applicable North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
