Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Houston, TX. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve client outcomes.

Location includes Bellaire and Kingwood, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary plus benefits, including 401(k) with match and comprehensive insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication & leadership skills.
• Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments & create treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver guidance & family support.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs.
• Develop & implement behavior support plans.
• Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
