Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for our San Antonio North Center. This full-time role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive package with benefits. Located at 1922 Dry Creek Way, it offers a stable schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required/active.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver guidance and family support.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans.
• Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
