Job summary

A leading autism therapy provider in Houston is seeking a BCaBA to conduct assessments and create treatment plans. The successful candidate will provide caregiver guidance and supervise a team of RBTs. Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable) is required.
• Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments & create treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver guidance & family support.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs.
• Develop & implement behavior support plans.
• Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
