A leading autism therapy provider in Houston is seeking a BCaBA to conduct assessments and create treatment plans. The successful candidate will provide caregiver guidance and supervise a team of RBTs. Qualifications
Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable) is required.
Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments & create treatment plans.
Provide caregiver guidance & family support.
Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs.
Develop & implement behavior support plans.
Collect and analyze data to drive outcomes.
