Job summary

Sky Above Therapy is seeking a full-time Assistant Behavior Analyst to support students in a K-12 setting in Naples, Florida. You will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans aimed at improving student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification from the BACB.
• A minimum of one year of experience implementing ABA principles in a K-12 setting is required.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check as required by the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Write positive behavior intervention plans (PBIP) annually for students on caseload.
• Provide direct support to students using ABA methodologies.
