Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment implementation and supervision for children with autism across home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina.

The role emphasizes collaboration with supervising BCBAs, client progress reviews, and caregiver training, with back-office support for clinicians. North Carolina licensure is required or in process; bilingual skills are a plus. Job types: Part-Time and Full-Time.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification from BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation and supervision preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings and work across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA/compliance.
