Job summary

Achie vements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plan implementation and supervision in homes, daycares, and schools across North Carolina. The role emphasizes collaboration with supervising BCBAs, parent coaching, and client progress monitoring.

You’ll coordinate observations of RBTs, ensure accurate records, and remain compliant with HIPAA and BACB guidelines while delivering compassionate care to children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration is preferred.
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
