Avid ABA in Chesterfield is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under supervision, assisting with functional assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The position offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year for a full-time role, along with benefits, supervision, data collection support, and collaboration with BCBAs and families.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification: Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience: Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
• Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
