Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking dedicated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Raleigh, North Carolina to join a flexible hybrid team. You will oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and provide clinical mentorship while maintaining a balanced caseload and schedule.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• North Carolina licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience with autism spectrum or related needs.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Monitor progress via data analysis and observations.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support goals and skill generalization.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership and administration.
