Job summary

Camen Behavioral Services, LLC in Orlando is seeking a BCaBA to implement ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work on-site at our Waterford Lakes location, delivering evidence-based interventions and collaborating with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to support progress.

The role requires a current BCaBA certification, a bachelor's degree or higher, and reliable transportation for home visits when needed.

• Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
• Keep sessions engaging, fun, and meaningful for clients

What We're Looking For

• Current, Active BCaBA Certification (newly certified welcome!)
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Reliable Transportation - Some home visits may be required
• Clear Background Check
• Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) - training available
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + web-based systems)

Your Responsibilities As a BCaBA
