Job summary

Avid ABA in Port Huron is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under supervision of a BCBA, assisting with assessments and implementing BIPs for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges.

The role requires a BCaBA certification, a Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field, and experience with ABA. Work is full-time in Port Huron, with supervision and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active BCaBA certification from the BACB required.
• Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
• Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
