Avid ABA in Detroit is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under supervision of a BCBA, assisting with assessments and implementing BIPs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

This full-time role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with caregivers and staff, and ongoing professional development in a compassionate work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience preferred with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
• Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
