Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and current BCaBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor and analyze client progress.
