Qualifications

• Must pass local and level 2 background check and federal level 3.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Preferred: at least 1 year completing comprehensive assessments and 2 years experience with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services.
• Develop and update behavior support plans.
• Train caregivers and monitor staff competencies.
