Job summary

Fresh Express in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials, perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks using forklift, walker, or hand jack, and ensure proper product rotation.

You will follow SOPs and safety policies, document all activities, maintain clean dock areas, and coordinate with supervisors and QA to ensure timely, accurate workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and powered jacks is preferred.
• Ability to work in a wet/cold environment may be required.
• Proven commitment to safety and accuracy in warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect powered jacks/powered trucks for operating conditions and safety.
• Operate powered jacks/powered trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
• Comply with SOPs, safety rules and Fresh Express policies.
• Maintain accurate, timely workflow for all assignments.
• Complete documentation for each function performed.
• Keep dock areas, raw and finished goods clean and orderly.
• Communicate with supervisors, clerks, production, and QA as needed.
• Use Voice system to stage product to assigned location.
• Ensure proper rotation of product in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as required with minimal supervision.

Other Desired Skills Or Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule to include weekends.
• Ability to work in varied environment of wet and / or cold (32-36 degrees F)
• Bilingual English / Spanish / Vietnamese
• One year of forklift experience a plus
