Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license in mental health field.
• Meets BBS supervisor eligibility/training requirements.
• 2+ years post-licensure psychotherapy and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision per BBS and MindDivers policy.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver case consultation, risk assessment, and escalation support.
• Model trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and treatment planning.
• Onboard associates/trainees and align to practice standards.
• Coordinate with clinic leadership on performance and coaching.
