Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across assigned clients in California.

You will ensure continuity of care, support team growth, and uphold clinical and ethical standards in line with licensure and BCaBA certification requirements. The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, with additional credentials possibly required by location.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
