You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies, including documentation and staffing support for a compliant, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Certification as BCaBA or higher.
• Additional state credentials may be required based on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
