Smokey Mo’s BBQ is seeking a dynamic BBQ Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team in the Austin area. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage daily operations, and coach staff to deliver exceptional BBQ experiences.

Responsibilities include training, accountability, and handling administrative duties, with a focus on maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain Food Manager Certification and TABC Certification.
• Able to work shifts per schedule and in proper uniform.
• Able to stand for long periods (10–12 hours).
• Able to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Able to multitask effectively.
• Completion of Smokey Mo’s BBQ Manager Training.

Responsibilities

• Infuse the team with positive energy and strong morale.
• Train and coach staff to deliver BBQ-focused guest experiences.
• Lead by example and maintain accountability across the team.
• Delight guests with outstanding service and mouthwatering BBQ.
• Resolve guest complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee administrative duties and daily financials.
