Responsibilities

• Take orders at the cash register.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Set up and stock stations with supplies.
• Prepare food for service (vegetables, sauces, portions).
• Prepare menu items with the crew.
• Clean up station and manage leftovers and waste.
• Stock inventory as needed and verify counts.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with crew and fans.
