Responsibilities

• Taking orders at the cash register
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Stand and walk for an entire shift — keep customers fed with great BBQ
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or sauces)
• Prepare menu items with the crew
• Clean up station and manage leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans
