Job summary

Harri in Riverton, Utah is hiring for full-time or part-time roles in our BBQ team. Earn $15.00 per hour plus tip share, with flexible scheduling and shifts including mornings, days, and nights. Free meal while working and health, dental and vision insurance options are available.

You will follow recipes, maintain food safety, stock stations, prep for service, and cook menu items with the crew. Must be 18+ and restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our Fans
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the crew
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans
