ACGBBQ, LLC. in Pace, FL is seeking a hardworking BOH team member for Sonny’s BBQ to support guests with memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Cook and manage the grill and kitchen stations.
• Memorize and apply Sonny’s BOH terminology, plating, items, procedures, utensils, and methods.
• Navigate around equipment safely.
• Follow KDS to process orders and keep work area organized.
• Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to sanitary guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties during and after shifts.
• Operate a meat slicer and use sharp knives safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
