Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC. (Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee) is seeking a hardworking BOH team member to prepare and cook menu items, manage grills and fryers, and keep the station clean and organized. You’ll read orders, follow procedures, and work to ensure a memorable guest experience.

The role requires the ability to work independently or in a team, handle multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Training and certification programs may be required.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook and operate grill and fryer equipment safely.
• Read orders and follow KDS protocols.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Perform cleaning duties during and after shifts.
• Handle knives and slicer with safety.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
