Job summary

ACGBBQ LLC, a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, is hiring a BOH Team Member in Milton, FL to support guests with great service and great food. You’ll join a fast-paced team and help ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency on the hot line and prep stations.

You’ll cook, read orders, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain safety and sanitation standards, with opportunities for training, growth, and team recognition. Benefits are included for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cook using Sonny's-specific BOH terminology, plating, and procedures.
• Memorize and apply all Sonny's BOH terminology and methods.
• Navigate around equipment and fully manage the grill.
• Work frying equipment and bread grill as needed.
• Read orders and follow protocols to process orders.
• Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties during and after the shift.
• Use a meat slicer and sharp knives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
