You will prepare and cook menu items, operate grills and smokers, greet customers, take orders, and keep the kitchen and front-of-house areas clean. Must be fluent in English and have Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, food service, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of BBQ cooking techniques and smoked meats a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per Ryan's Smokehouse recipes and standards.
• Operate grills, smokers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders in-person and by phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Restock prep stations and monitor ingredient levels during shifts.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback with a positive attitude.
