Qualifications

• Prior kitchen, food service or customer-facing experience.
• BBQ cooking techniques knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual and team player.
• Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible weekend/holiday availability.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per Ryan's Smokehouse recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Restock food prep stations and monitor ingredient levels throughout the shift.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude.
