Ryan's Smokehouse in Webster, TX is seeking a passionate Cook/Customer Service team member to join our crew. If you love great BBQ and people, this is the place for you.

You will prepare and cook menu items, operate grills and smokers, and greet customers with a smile, working in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen.

We value reliability, teamwork, flexible weekend availability, and a willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Certification if needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a kitchen, food service, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Food Handler's Certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Ryan's Smokehouse recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Restock food prep stations and monitor ingredient levels throughout the shift.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude.
