Ryan's Smokehouse in Webster, TX is looking for a passionate and energetic Cook/Customer Service team member to join our crew. If you love great BBQ and even better people, this is the place for you.

Come be a part of a team that takes pride in serving up delicious, smoky flavors with a smile every single day. As a cook/customer service team member you will prepare and cook menu items, operate grills and smokers safely, greet customers, take orders, and keep kitchen and front-of-house areas

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen/food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BBQ cooking techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Ryan's Smokehouse recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Restock food prep stations and monitor ingredient levels throughout the shift.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude.
