BAYADA Home Health Care in Hilo, HI is hiring a full-time BCBA to lead assessments, design and supervise treatment plans, and train RBTs in a supportive ABA center environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB® is required.
• Hawai‘i state license in behavior analysis required before start date.
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Interest in professional development and advancement.

Location: Hilo, HI

This is a full-time, salaried position based in our ABA center.

Salary Range: $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
