BBB Heart of Texas is looking for a responsible individual to join our Austin office as a Member Eligibility Specialist to serve as a consultative partner to incoming businesses participating in BBB Programs, Products, and Services (PPS).
The Member Eligibility Specialist serves as a consultative partner to incoming non-accredited businesses applying for accreditation or with a complaint. This role ensures a seamless and positive experience while promoting long‑term engagement and operational excellence. By offering premiere customer care, education, hospitality, and technical support, the Specialist facilitates smooth transitions for new customers and complaint resolution for non‑ABs. The Specialist also provides expert guidance on BBB accreditation, profile management, and commitment to standards, collaborating with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and customer retention.
