Lawrenceville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Baylor Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) for the 7:00 AM–11:00 PM schedule, weekend-focused care at our Lawrenceville, VA facility. This full-time opportunity provides competitive pay and the chance to deliver exceptional resident care in a supportive team environment.
The role requires active Virginia RN or LPN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and prior LTC/SNF/post-acute care experience is preferred.

- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per resident care plans and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and per facility policy.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team for continuity of care.
- Provide leadership and support to CNAs as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergencies.
- Promote resident-centered care and a positive care environment.
- Work with nursing leadership to maintain high standards of care.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Weekend Baylor
RN Wage Range: $36.50–$41.72/hour + Applicable Shift Differentials
LPN Wage Range: $29.00–$33.16/hour + Applicable Shift Differentials
CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes Program
Eligible nurses may qualify for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment plus a location-adjusted stipend
Explore financial support through the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes program, including:
Up to $40,000 in qualifying nursing student loan repayment.
A location-adjusted stipend with a $10,000 national baseline.
Payments made directly to enrolled nurses quarterly while program requirements are met.
Participation requires qualifying employment, an average of at least 30 hours per week and a three-year service commitment. Nurses without qualifying student loan debt may qualify for the stipend if they graduated within the preceding two years.
CMS determines eligibility, enrollment and awards, subject to available funding. Program incentives are separate from Healthwin’s wages and benefits. Full-time or part-time status alone does not establish program eligibility; the hours requirement and all other conditions apply. Applying for this position does not enroll you in the CMS program.

As a Baylor Weekend Nurse at Lawrenceville Health & Rehabilitation, you'll play an essential role in providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans and established nursing standards.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to physician orders and facility policies.
Assess or monitor resident conditions within your scope of practice and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate clinical team members.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Respond appropriately to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergencies.
Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.
Work collaboratively with nursing leadership to maintain exceptional standards of care.
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Virginia required.
Current CPR/BLS certification as required.
Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Dependability and commitment to the weekend Baylor schedule.
Ability to work the 7:00 AM–11:00 PM shift.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative nursing environment.
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to nursing care.
