Position Summary:

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Baylor Weekend Program.

The Baylor Program is designed for nursing professionals who prefer working weekends while earning additional compensation for their commitment to weekend coverage.

Baylor nurses earn an additional $5.00 per hour on top of their regular hourly rate for every hour worked during their scheduled Baylor shifts.

This position is responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) while promoting a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.

Baylor Program Schedule & Compensation:
  • Work two (2) 16-hour shifts every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Alternative scheduling options may include three (3) 12-hour shifts within the Baylor weekend schedule, from Friday at 7:00 AM through Monday at 7:00 AM.
