Job summary

Topgolf in Ashburn, VA is seeking a part-time Bay Host to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and keep bays clean and welcoming. You will assist guests with bay setup and explain Topgolf technology to ensure an enjoyable experience.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or restaurant service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role includes tip-based earnings and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
