Job summary

Topgolf is seeking team members to greet guests, take orders, and ensure bay areas are clean and well-maintained. You will assist with bay setup, explain Topgolf technology, and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering a memorable guest experience. Ideal candidates have prior hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with eligibility

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
