Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.

What Is a Bayhost?

Bayhosts are more than servers. You'll take care of guests throughout their entire Topgolf experience—from welcoming them into their bay and taking food and beverage orders to anticipating their needs and helping make sure their visit is one they want to repeat. This is a high-volume position, and we're specifically looking for candidates who already have a strong foundation in full-service restaurant service.

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm; connect the dots on why they're visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer, and set the stage for an unforgettable time.
• Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space-ensuring Players have everything they need for a smooth, fun-filled experience.
• Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience-from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.
