Topgolf is hiring Bayhosts in Jacksonville, FL. If you love hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences, you’ll welcome Players to their bays, take orders, and help create a fun, engaging atmosphere.

Open availability is required, including nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor setting, showcasing teamwork and a positive, guest-focused mindset while promoting food, drinks and Topgolf experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Strong knowledge of full-service restaurant steps of service.
Ability to confidently manage multiple tables/bays in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm—connect the dots on why they’re visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer.
Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
Be readily available with a strong team presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience.
Commit to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bay clean and safe for all guests.

What Is a Bayhost?

Bayhosts are more than servers. You’ll take care of guests throughout their entire Topgolf experience—from welcoming them into their bay and taking food and beverage orders to anticipating their needs and helping make sure their visit is one they want to repeat.

Physical Requirements

Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can‑do attitude is essential!
Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high‑volume working environment.
This role requires that you must be of legal age to serve alcohol {where required by law}.

This position requires open availability. Candidates without open availability or without at least 2–3 years of full-service serving experience will not be considered.
