Topgolf in Independence Township, Ohio, is looking for Bay Hosts to create a fun and welcoming experience for Players. Welcome guests to bays, upsell food, beverages, and games, and help guests plan their visit for a fantastic time.

Work with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean bays, and ensure safety standards while enjoying shift flexibility, tips, and employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to bays with energy and enthusiasm and explain Topgolf offerings.
• Take orders quickly, accurately, and ensure accuracy in conveying drinks and food.
• Maintain clean and organized bay areas; clear tables and refill drinks as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a memorable Player experience from setup to resolution of issues.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to keep the environment safe and enjoyable.

What You Will Do in the Role

• Role and Interaction with Players: Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm-connect the dots on why they're visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer, and set the stage for an unforgettable time. Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
• Key Aspect of the Role: Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space-ensuring Players have everything they need for a smooth, fun-filled experience.
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience-from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and Move Things: You'll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
• Active Tasks: From task to task, you'll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities. A can-do attitude is essential!
• Endurance: Whether it's a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we're looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
• This role requires that you must be of legal age to serve alcohol {where required by law}.
