Job summary

Topgolf is seeking friendly guest services staff in Fort Worth, TX to welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure bay areas are clean and well-organized. You will assist guests with bay setup and explain Topgolf technology, handling inquiries with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment while upholding Topgolf values and safety

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
