Job summary

21st Century Home Health Services (21HHS) is looking for a Workforce Scheduling Specialist to optimize clinician deployment across the Bay Area and Sacramento. You will design territories, assign 350+ clinicians, and monitor coverage to balance workloads and improve service delivery.

This onsite role requires strong logistics, territory management experience, and the ability to build relationships with clinicians and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, territory management, or related field.
• Experience with workforce planning and staffing analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logistics tools to assign, manage, and create territories for 350+ clinicians.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize territory assignments and workloads.
• Assess understaffed or overstaffed areas and provide actionable allocation insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Address logistical challenges with innovative solutions and critical thinking.
• Generate regular reports on territory performance and staffing needs.
