Ideal candidates bring extensive civil engineering experience, PE licensure (CA preferred), and a track record of leading complex water and transportation projects, with strong communication and staffing prowess.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field; CA PE preferred.
• 15+ years in construction management with leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level leadership for the Water Resources division in the Bay Area.
• Lead business development to achieve market sector financial performance.
• Serve as Project Manager on assigned projects; ensure quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Direct CM staff and teams; supervise delivery of multiple projects.
• Support staffing strategies and recruitment to sustain growth.
