BKF Engineers seeks a Principal Construction Manager to lead the Construction Management Department, Water Resources Division in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will drive strategic planning, staff development, and business development to grow revenue and profitability across transportation market sectors.

Responsibilities include program-level leadership, client engagement, project management, and guiding CM subprograms while maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field; California PE required.
• 15 years of industry experience with increasing responsibility and leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong technical writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Deltek Vision software.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level leadership of the Water Resources division within the Bay Area.
• Lead business development efforts to achieve market sector financial performance.
• Serve as Project Manager on projects as appropriate.
• Interface with HQ and Business Development to identify and pursue opportunities.
