One Medical welcomes dedicated physicians just completing residency to join our tech-enabled primary care team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will receive a robust onboarding program, one-on-one mentoring, and ongoing access to primary care experts nationwide to fuel your growth from day one.

We seek candidates who are completing residency or recently finished, with board eligibility and CA licensure in place before start.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, a Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board-eligible or completed residency; must take the next available board exam.
• State licensed in CA before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
