Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-year contract in a Bay Area district. You will deliver direct and indirect OT services, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and functional success.
• Document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff to support student participation in the educational environment.
