Job summary

Surefox North America Inc. is seeking a seasoned Residential Security Agent for the Bay Area to lead and support protection of high-profile clients and residences.

You will manage the security team, monitor access, patrol premises, and communicate with clients, vendors, and emergency services as needed. The role requires BSIS Guard Card, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work autonomously on a rotating 4 on/4 off schedule.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the Bay Area or within one hour of San Francisco.
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
• Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
• Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification for all ages is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential security operations for assigned clients.
• Manage the Residential Security team schedule.
• Provide physical security for clients, family members, and residential assets.
• Monitor surveillance equipment, access points, entrances, and exits.
• Maintain accurate logs of activity occurring at the residence.
• Screen incoming mail and deliveries.
• Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or by vehicle.
• Monitor access and permit authorized individuals onto the property.
• Watch for unusual or suspicious activity and respond safely to emergency situations.
• Respond to medical and non-medical incidents.
• Contact police, fire, or emergency medical services when appropriate.
• Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments.
• Maintain knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and key points of interest within the assigned area.
• Operate vehicles in a safe, legal, and professional manner.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with departments and support teams.
• Prepare accurate reports related to accidents, incidents, suspicious activity, and other security matters.
• Attend project meetings when requested to assess security implications.
